Vintage: Manually picked within the first 10 days of October
Wine making: The grapes are pressed and the stalks are removed while the peels are steeped in old tanks for about 15 days. The fermentation is malolactic and the final refinement is done in durmast barrels from Slavonia.
Colour: Intense ruby red
Aroma: A hint of blackberries and licorice
Taste: Well balanced and consistent body
Alcoholic content: 14% vol.
Temperature to drink: 18° / 20°
Pairing: Wild game, roasts and seasoned cheese
How served: In large goblets with a medium mouth and should be decanted before serving
