Climate: Mild winters and springs and sunny summers with a wide temperature range
Vintage: Manually picked within the early hours of the day
Wine making: The grapes are cold steeped for a few hours. The grapes are then soft pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15° C
Colour: Light straw colour
Aroma: Fruity with floral hints
Taste: Harmonic and well balanced acidity with recognizable tartness
Alcoholic content: 12.5% vol.
Temperature to drink: 11° / 12°
Pairing: Sea hors d’oeuvre, fish dishes, crustaceans and soft cheese
How served: In large goblets with a medium mouth and can be uncorked and immediately enjoyed
